Karim Food Industries is producing different kinds of Juice/Drink/Nectar in bottles and Tetra Pack. The management is very much aware and conscious to product quality, safety and ultimate for the consumer safety. Karim produces variety of Juices for its customer in Bottles and Tetra Pack. Bottles, Paper rolls and intermediate products are handled hygienically throughout the production operation.

Karim Food Industries meeting the best international standard specifies the requirements for a food safety (ISO 22000) and Quality management system (ISO 9001)

Karim product safety and quality system is based on ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 Following the said standards, CCPs and OPRPs are established and implemented throughout the product manufacturing operation. Main operation line is mapped and all the interrelated processes are identified to consider in the hazard analyses.


Infrastructure:

We, has determined, provided and maintained the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to product requirements. The requirements for infrastructure are regularly up-dated on when required. These include:

  • Buildings, work space and associated facilities;
  • Process equipment, both hardware and software;
  • Supporting services such as transport, communication or information systems


Work Environment:

To ensure product safety, a hygienic working environment is required to prevent the cross contamination. Contamination can be through:

  • Man, Material, Machines, Methods and Environment
All these sources of contamination are managed through pre-requisite programs. Karim provides the resources for the management and maintenance of all the defined and established pre-requisites programs. Facilities such as:
  • Storage conditions
  • Hygiene and staff conducive working environment like cold temperature and humidity
  • Changing room
  • Toilet and bath
  • Uniforms, Protective clothing and
